Hospital Policies

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Please call ahead if you do not have an appointment and are making a special trip to our clinic for food or prescription refills as occasionally we are called away from the office during scheduled business hours. Surgeries, depending on the actual procedure, are scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings; please be aware that we may be unable to immediately answer phone calls during those times.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while on clinic property including the outside areas. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. We are located on a busy street; consequently there is a risk that a pet being carried in without a means of restraint could escape into traffic.

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we require you to restrain your pet by using a leash or pet carrier.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Care Credit, cash and personal checks with a valid Minnesota ID or drivers license.
